Johanna spent time discussing what I wanted from my garden both now and in the future and, importantly, my preferred level of upkeep/gardening skills. The design was so much more than I expected and took in all my requirements. I absolutely love my garden now - it’s a joy to spend time in with friends, family or just me and my dog. I was an enthusiastic amateur gardener looking for expertise and I feel fortunate to have found Johanna through a search on The Gardeners Guild. I wanted someone to help me develop my mature garden and specifically to give me advice and guidance in a number of areas. Johanna fitted the bill perfectly. She has been working with me for about three years now. She visits for two hours approximately four or five times a year and has provided practical help with planting, pruning roses, choosing new plants, shaping shrubs and more. We garden together which is both a delight for me and immensely valuable as a learning experience. My garden has progressed and my knowledge and confidence have increased as a result of the skills I have acquired from Johanna. Her enthusiasm for flowers and shrubs is infectious and she has given me some great ideas and helped me implement them.
